The lucky customer who won the golden ball with a prize worth 100,000,000 VND is Mr. Le Thanh Vinh, residing in Quan Bau ward (Vinh city). Mr. Le Thanh Vinh bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 phone with the M1379 package with an 18-month commitment at SIS store No. 10, Minh Khai, Vinh city.
