In 2017, the Nghe An Border Guard Command thoroughly grasped and implemented the Directives and Resolutions of the superiors on strengthening educational management, discipline and law enforcement, and ensuring safety in the agency and unit. Focusing on comprehensively and specifically implementing the contents and solutions that are close to the situation, tasks, and management objects of the unit.
Political education, dissemination and legal education are combined with military training and discipline training. The work of grasping the situation is given importance in order to forecast, promptly detect, prevent and resolve ideological problems. Nghe An Border Guard units also regularly remind, promptly detect violations and strictly handle disciplinary violations.

Delegates attending the conference also presented experiences and good practices, specifically and practically, in managing troops, and proposed policies and solutions for implementation in the coming time.
Speaking at the conference, Major General Nguyen Van Nam requested the Nghe An Border Guard to further promote education and management of soldiers, training and discipline to comply with the law, and ensure safety. Strengthen training for officers and soldiers on ensuring traffic safety.
The commanding committees of the units must be close to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of the officers and soldiers under their authority to promptly detect emerging manifestations and take timely corrective measures.

The Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Border Guard also requested that the Nghe An Border Guard needs to build up role models in the unit to multiply typical examples to do better in educating and managing soldiers to avoid violations of the law./.
