Cure children with anorexia, indigestion, night sweats: Eel meat: 1 (250 - 300g), chicken gizzard lining (chicken gizzard membrane) 6g; onion, ginger, soy sauce, salt, MSG to taste. Clean the eel, remove the organs, wash, cut into 6cm long pieces, wash the chicken gizzard lining, put in a porcelain bowl with eel meat, onion, ginger, wine, salt, soy sauce, use high heat then reduce heat, simmer until cooked, add a little MSG, mix well.
Treating diarrhea in children(5-6 bowel movements a day, sour or smelly stools): 125g eel, 5g chicken gizzard lining, 10g Chinese yam, 2 slices of fresh ginger. Clean eel, stir-fry with ginger until fragrant, sprinkle with a little wine, add enough water, then add chicken gizzard lining and Chinese yam. Treats malnourished children, with big bellies, flat buttocks, loose stools, emaciation, and anorexia.: Eel cooked with ginseng and tortoise. 300g eel meat, 15g angelica, 15g codonopsis, 25g onion, 15g fresh ginger, enough salt. Clean the eel, cut into strips, put angelica and codonopsis in a cloth bag, put in the pot with the eel meat, add water and cook for 1 hour, remove the medicine bag, add onion, salted ginger, cook for another hour and it's done. Eat the eel meat and water. This dish is very good for replenishing. Note: Choose fresh eels. Do not eat green eels.
