(Baonghean.vn) Nghe An Provincial Police have just temporarily detained Dang Nam Hai (born in 1979), former Head of the Personal Customer and Appraisal Department, Vietnam Export Import Bank (Eximbank) Nghe An branch.
According to initial records, taking advantage of his functions and powers, from the beginning of 2011 until now, Dang Nam Hai has falsified bank loan documents and mortgaged assets to appropriate nearly 4 billion VND of Eximbank Nghe An branch's assets.
