Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh signed a decision to impose an administrative penalty on Nhat Thang VNT7 Joint Stock Company, with a fine of VND 87 million. The violation was located at the factory producing superfine white stone powder and enamel coating, Area C, Nam Cam Industrial Park, Nghi Loc district.
In the Penalty Decision No. 192/QD-XPHC dated December 16, it is stated that Nhat Thang VNT7 Joint Stock Company committed 3 administrative violations:
The first act, in 2023, the company did not conduct work environment monitoring to control harmful effects on workers' health. For the above violation, after applying mitigating circumstances, the company was fined 40 million VND.
Second act, in 2023, the company did not organize occupational disease examinations for 9 workers exposed to harmful factors that could cause occupational diseases. For this act, after applying mitigating circumstances, Nhat Thang VNT7 Joint Stock Company was fined 27 million VND.
Third, the company did not organize occupational safety and hygiene training for 32 employees as prescribed by law. For this violation, after applying mitigating circumstances, the company was fined 20 million VND.
Thus, the total fine that Nhat Thang VNT7 Joint Stock Company must pay to the Nghe An provincial budget is 87 million VND.
