(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 21, Mr. Vo Khanh Binh, a son of Nghia An commune (Nghia Dan) organized a ceremony to give health insurance cards to near-poor households and elementary school students in especially difficult circumstances in the commune.
This time, Mr. Binh's family gave 120 insurance cards to 120 near-poor households and elementary school students with especially difficult circumstances in Nghia An commune, with a total amount of more than 26 million VND.
