A kind of irresponsibility
(Baonghean) - Some people are intellectuals, officials, even officials with proper leadership allowances, but whenever they go on Facebook, they complain, mockingly, criticizing... They wait for any negative information to appear, then immediately comment and end up cursing everyone...
- Oh, you're right. I also play Facebook, and I'm friends with many people who have positions and titles, and some of them are even somewhat famous for their professional abilities. Yet among them, there are quite a few people who curse people and life as if they were singing...
- The issue worth mentioning here is not to stop at complaining, criticizing, cursing... the bad, the evil, the negative. But whenever there is bad information on the internet, especially information reflecting the activities of civil servants, public employees, the apparatus..., even if that information is not verified, is not a reliable source, sometimes just malicious rumors, with "dirty" intentions of bad people, but they still come in to comment, express their attitudes. This is no different than them themselves increasing the credibility of the rumors, making the rumors seem like the truth. Extremely harmful!
- Of course, we need to condemn the bad, the evil, the negative. But besides that, we must also acknowledge the good, the kind, the progressive, and create good public opinion for the good things to be multiplied. As a cadre, a party member, and a person with a position, we must be even more aware of the responsibility of speaking and the influence of words. Therefore, praise or criticism should be objective. Even if it is a personal account on the internet, talking about the positive and negative aspects should be harmonious.
- About swearing, sometimes I find it very funny.
- What does that mean?
- If they are truly responsible, they should get involved. There needs to be a thorough analysis and recognition. It would be great if they could come up with ideas, solutions, and recommendations to overcome difficulties, prevent negativity, or learn from experience for others.
- That's right! It seems like they think that cursing is responsible. Well, cursing bad things, negative things, is really responsible. But just "eating and cursing", and then gradually becoming an extreme reaction to every event, every phenomenon... is a manifestation of irresponsibility. Because, if you are truly a responsible person, you must be aware of the impact of each statement on the community. You yourself have not taken action to prevent negativity, so don't add another negative voice, negative tone...
- Then they are not only irresponsible to society, but also irresponsible to themselves. Because they have denied their own role, denied the responsibilities and positions that they have been entrusted with.
- If I'm not mistaken, that's also a manifestation of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation", right?
- What else? I remember, in the content of the Resolution of the 12th Central Committee, Session 4, on strengthening Party building and rectification; preventing and repelling ideological, political, moral, and lifestyle degradation, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party, there was an identified manifestation: "Taking advantage of and using the media, communication, and social networks to slander, defame, and lower the prestige and leadership role of the Party, causing internal division and suspicion among cadres, Party members, and the people."
- Therefore, implementing the Resolution of the 12th Central Committee, in my opinion, in the ideological activities of grassroots party organizations, the issue of the responsibility of each cadre and party member to speak should be discussed, analyzed, and clearly oriented.
- I agree with your opinion.
