(Baonghean.vn) - Mong Van Tinh, a member of the Kho Mu ethnic group, was born and raised in Huoi Cam Village, Nam Nhoong Commune, Que Phong District, Nghe An Province. After graduating from school, he took up a position at the Que Phong District Youth Union. With the help of his colleagues and his own efforts, he always completed all tasks excellently and was recognized when he was honored to be introduced as a candidate for the 14th National Assembly.
