A citizen sued the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Nam

Quang Nam Provincial People's Court has just accepted the case of Ms. Doan Phan Kim Dan, residing at K84/15, 2/9 Street (Hai Chau District, Da Nang City).sueDepartment of Planning and Investment (DPI) of Quang Nam province.

Ms. Kim Dan brought documents to sue the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Nam.

According to Ms. Dan, in 2006, she and three other people contributed capital to establish Dai Hung Joint Stock Company (headquartered in Dai Dong commune, Dai Loc district, Quang Nam), with a charter capital of 6 billion VND, equivalent to 60,000 shares. Ms. Dan contributed 600 million VND, equivalent to 6,000 shares.

Also according to Ms. Dan, by 2011, Ms. Kim Dan's total capital contribution was up to 8.25 billion VND, equivalent to 825,000 shares.

In 2013, when the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Nam province reissued a new Business Registration Certificate, her name no longer existed.

Through investigation, all of Ms. Kim Dan’s shares were transferred to two other people through sales contracts, but Ms. Kim Dan claimed that all of her signatures were forged. Quang Nam police also confirmed that the signatures in the sales contracts… were not signed by the same person.

Ms. Kim Dan said that the reason she lost 825,000 shares was due to the negligence of the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Nam, so she filed a lawsuit.
