Some notes when applying for the exam

(Baonghean.vn) -According to the assessment of the Nghe An Department of Education and Training, in the 2012 university and college application season, candidates still made many mistakes: erasing; writing against regulations; registering for schools, blocks, and majors that do not organize exams... To avoid unnecessary mistakes, in the 2013 university and college application season, what should candidates pay attention to?

Regarding the registration file, there is a file bag, a form number 1 and a form number 2 (candidates only use the files issued by the Nghe An Department of Education and Training, with the Department's stamp). The front of the file bag contains the necessary information that candidates must fill in completely; the back of the bag contains notes when filling out the registration file. The file bag is also a registration form and will be sent to the place where candidates register. The front of form number 1 has the same content as the front of the file bag; the back includes information about the names and symbols of universities and colleges. The front of form number 2 is basically the same as the front of the file bag; the back contains instructions for filling out the registration form.

When the candidate has filled in his/her first choice to study at a certain school, Section 3 is left blank. If the candidate wishes to study at a school that does not organize exams or at a college level of a university, after completing Section 2 (name of the school that organizes exams), do not fill in the major code and must fill in all the information in Section 3. The exam block listed in Section 2 and Section 3 must be the same.

Department of Education and Training collects 2012 registration files

To complete the application form, candidates need to: Paste their photo and stamp the border into the application bag; prepare 2 ID-style portrait photos measuring 4 x 6 (cm); write full name, date of birth, province/district code and registration unit code on the back of both photos; put these 2 photos in a small envelope. Make two stamped envelopes, clearly write the recipient's full name and address (this address should be the same as in Section 16). Make copies of legal certificates if you are a priority subject.

For candidates with NV1 studying at a school that does not organize the exam or at a college of a university, photocopy an additional copy of the front of form No. 1 (the Department of Education and Training will send this photocopy along with the candidate's photo and stamped envelope to the school that does not organize the exam so that this school has enough information about the candidate as the school that organizes the exam). All types of additional information that the candidate prepares must be put together in the application file.
