Previously, through reconnaissance work, the Nghi Loc Traffic Police Team received information that a passenger car with license plate 36B - 024.45 was carrying many goods suspected of commercial fraud.

At 9:00 a.m. on April 28, at km 442 + 900 in Hamlet 4, Nghi Yen Commune (Nghi Loc), the Traffic Police Team of Nghi Loc District Police requested to stop the vehicle for inspection. There was 1 ton of goods on the vehicle, all of which were foreign-made.

Driver Van Tien Sy (born in 1982), residing in Thuan Hop commune, Thieu Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province, declared that the entire shipment belonged to Ms. Tran Thi Dung (born in 1982), residing in Dong Ve ward, Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province.

At the police station, Ms. Dung could not present invoices or documents proving the origin of these goods and stated that they were being transported to Vinh City for consumption.

The incident is being further investigated by the authorities.
