A young man was stabbed to death after singing karaoke.

After singing karaoke, a group of young men got into an argument and fought in front of the bar. As a result, one young man was stabbed to death in the early morning of October 20.

Hai Duong Provincial Police Department has just informed that the unit is coordinating with Cam Giang District Police to investigate a murder case that occurred in front of Victory karaoke bar in Trang Ky village, Tan Truong commune, Cam Giang district, Hai Duong province. The incident occurred at around 11:45 p.m. on October 19.

The victim was identified as Dang Dinh Tiep (35 years old, residing in Vinh Tuy commune, Binh Giang district, Hai Duong province), who died after being beaten by several young men and stabbed in the right rib.

Immediately after the incident, the victim was taken to Cam Giang District General Hospital for emergency treatment and then transferred to Hai Duong General Hospital. Due to severe injuries, Mr. Tiep died at around 1:00 a.m. on October 20.

Upon receiving the report, Cam Giang District Police and Hai Duong Province Police arrived at the scene to investigate the case. Initially, the police identified the person who stabbed Mr. Tiep as Pham Dinh Cuong, 24 years old, from Boi Tuong, Luong Dien Commune, Cam Giang District. Cuong and Mr. Tiep went to sing together. When paying, a conflict arose, leading to the above incident.

Mr. Vu Van Thuan, Chairman of Tan Truong Commune People's Committee, said: "On the evening of October 19, a group of about 5-6 young people came to sing karaoke at Victory bar in Trang Ky village, Tan Truong commune. At around 11pm, when they discovered that the young people in the group were arguing, Mr. Hong, the karaoke bar owner, invited the young people to leave.

At the door of the shop, still angry with each other, the group of young men started punching and kicking each other. According to the camera footage at the shop, Pham Dinh Cuong took a small switchblade from his pocket and stabbed Dang Dinh Tiep.

Seeing Mr. Tiep bleeding profusely, the group of young men frantically took the victim to the emergency hospital. Due to the severity of his injuries, Mr. Tiep was transferred from Cam Giang District General Hospital to Hai Duong Provincial General Hospital. However, Mr. Tiep died at around 1:00 a.m. on October 20.

The incident is under investigation.
