The identity of the person who jumped off the bridge was identified as Mr. NVD (born in 1992, residing in Block 5, Cua Nam Ward, Vinh City). The victim's white shirt and phone were still left on the bridge. The victim's family hired people to search the area at the foot of the bridge, but because it was dark, the search was very difficult. A large crowd of people came to watch, causing a traffic jam on the bridge. As of 6 a.m. this morning (April 17), the victim's family had not yet found the victim's body.
