Nghi Loc Fatherland Front: Supporting poor households in raising breeding cows

In order to help poor households escape poverty, the Fatherland Front Committee of Nghi Loc district has just implemented a plan to support poor households in raising breeding cows.

In the first phase, 115 households will receive 6 million VND to buy breeding animals. The support source is in the form of the State and the people working together, in which the district Fatherland Front contributes 50%, the commune allocates from the "Fund for the Poor" to support 50%. The implementation period is 5 years, from now until 2016. The total implementation cost is 1.8 billion VND. Poor households receiving support have signed a commitment to use the capital for the right purpose, buying breeding animals of guaranteed quality.
