However, despite the efforts of the authorities, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year, young men and women still innocently go out on the street without helmets, driving carefree on all roads, even carrying 3, 4 people, weaving in and out is very... normal (!). It seems that the traffic police force cannot handle it all or "sympathize - it's Tet!". Not only in the city, but also in the mountainous districts of Northwest Nghe An, on National Highway 48, 15 A, Provincial Road 532, inter-village and inter-commune roads... this phenomenon tends to increase during Tet holidays.
