(Baonghean.vn) - On June 15, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 14/2023/QD-UBND on promulgating the list of centrally purchased assets and assigning centralized purchasing units in the area.

Nghe An: Saving 3.6 billion VND in valuation, management and asset purchase

(Baonghean.vn) - In the first 6 months of the year, according to the report of the Department of Finance, the procurement, management and use of state assets were carried out in accordance with regulations. The result was a savings of 3.6 billion VND.
Many ministries and localities use public vehicles beyond the limit.

According to the Finance Department, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (the unit that was recently audited and found to have the largest number of public cars used in excess of regulations), the reason for this situation is that the Government is slow to issue a new decree to replace old decisions on standards and norms for car use.
