Provincial Road 537B runs through Quynh Luu district with a total length of nearly 10km. During 3 days of heavy rain, this road was flooded. The deepest flooded area is the section through Quynh Luong and Quynh Minh communes with a length of 3-4km. According to reporters, many sections were flooded 50cm deep, with many places being nearly 1 meter deep. People reported that the section through Hamlet 7, Quynh Minh commune was flooded the deepest.
