Parking fees for bicycles, motorbikes and cars in Nghe An

Resolution
Article 1. Scope of regulation and applicable subjects
1. Scope of adjustment:
This Resolution regulates the parking fees for bicycles, motorbikes and cars in Nghe An province.
2. Applicable subjects:
a) Agencies, organizations and individuals related to the collection, management and use of bicycle, motorbike and car parking fees in the province;
b) Organizations and individuals who need to keep bicycles (including electric bicycles), motorbikes and cars;
Organizations and individuals with vehicles when coming to work at agencies and administrative units in the province do not have to pay vehicle parking fees.
Article 2. Fee levels
1. Parking lots and parking lots invested by the State:
a) Parking fees at parking lots and public vehicle parking lots invested by the State (except for vehicles parked at hospitals and schools):

For hospitals and schools, the fee is 50% of the above prescribed fee.
d) For car parking lots and points with high-quality car parking conditions, service requirements higher than normal parking conditions (with solid buildings, surveillance cameras) and car parking lots and points at scenic spots, historical sites, cultural works where visitors often need to park their cars for many hours: The maximum fee is not more than 2 times for each corresponding type of vehicle during the same period.
2. For parking lots and parking lots not invested by the State but whose investment projects are approved by competent State agencies: The maximum collection rate shall not exceed 1.5 times the collection rate specified in Clause 1 of this Article.
Article 3. Implementation
Assign the People's Committee of Nghe An province to implement this resolution.
Article 4. Entry into force
This Resolution was passed by the 16th People's Council of Nghe An province, 11th session on July 16, 2014 and takes effect 10 days after the date of passage; Repealing Resolution No. 266/2009/NQ-HDND dated July 23, 2009 of the Provincial People's Council promulgating the subjects, collection levels, and collection and payment regime for bicycle, motorbike and car parking fees in Nghe An province.
