The most beautiful woman in India stars in a movie with Vin Diesel

In addition to the Indian beauty, Vin Diesel's blockbuster brings together two Asian superstars - Jet Li and Tony Jaa.

The xXx: The Return of Xander Cage project has just announced three new actors including Deepika Padukone, actor Jet Li and Thai action star - Tony Jaa. The film welcomes the return of Vin Diesel as the male lead - an extreme athlete and reluctant spy. While Jet Li and Tony Jaa's characters have not been revealed, Deepika Padukone's role is said to be paired with Vin Diesel.

Rising to fame with the hit romance film Cocktail in 2012, Deepika is now a sought-after actress in Bollywood. Her name is associated with many roles in films: Chennai Express (2013), Happy New Year (2014) and Piku (2015). These works are all top hits in Bollywood and have helped her reap many acting awards.

Standing at 1.75 m tall, Deepika is considered India's "sex bomb". In 2012, she was voted "Most Beautiful Woman" by the South Asian newspaper People. In 2014, she was named "The Sexiest Woman in the World" by the Indian version of FHM magazine.

Before joining xXx part three, Deepika was invited by Vin Diesel to join Fast & Furious 7 but she refused because her contract in Bollywood had not yet ended.

"xXx: The Return of Xander Cage" is the third action film starring Vin Diesel.

xXx: The Return of Xander Cage is the third installment of the blockbuster action series about spy Xander. In the first installment, the character was played by Vin Diesel. The film was released in 2002 and grossed nearly $300 million against a budget of $70 million. After its unexpected success, the producers pumped $40 million into the second installment but did not invite the Fast & Furious actor back due to disagreements. The second installment was released in 2005 and was a flop.

The new part is a reboot after 10 years since the second part. The new film shows the cross-country adventure of the spy and brave gunman. In addition to Deepika Padukone and two Asian male superstars, the film welcomes two other veteran actors, Samuel L. Jackson and UFC Featherweight boxing champion - Conor McGregor.

Filming started in December 2015 in the Philippines and Canada.
