2014: Total central budget expenditure is 719,189 billion VND

On the morning of November 15, with 437 delegates in favor (equal to 87.75% of the total number of National Assembly delegates), the National Assembly passed the Resolution on the allocation of the central budget in 2014.

In 2014, total central budget expenditure was 719,189 billion VND.

Accordingly, the total central budget balance revenue is 495,189 billion VND; the total local budget balance revenue is 287,511 billion VND; the total central budget balance expenditure is 719,189 billion VND (including 211,585 billion VND of additional balance and targeted supplement from the central budget to the local budget).

The National Assembly assigns the Government to assign the tasks of State budget collection and expenditure and the allocation of the central budget to each ministry, branch, central agency and each centrally run city and province in accordance with the provisions of the State Budget Law and the Resolution of the National Assembly; and notify each National Assembly delegation.

Direct the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities to submit to the People's Councils of the same level for decision on the State budget revenue estimates in the locality, the local budget expenditure estimates, and decide on budget allocation within their authority, in accordance with the provisions of law.

The Government directs ministries, branches, central agencies and People's Committees at all levels to decide on the allocation of the 2014 State Budget revenue and expenditure estimates in accordance with the National Assembly's Resolution to each State budget beneficiary unit before December 31, 2013; to publicly disclose the budget estimates in accordance with the provisions of the State Budget Law.
