Male worker suspected of jumping from 3rd floor to commit suicide due to debt

According to initial information: At about 11:00 a.m. the same day, at the workers' dormitory of ZH Company Limited (specializing in manufacturing specialized machines), VSIP 2A Industrial Park, Vinh Tan Commune (Tan Uyen Town).
Mr. T. was discovered by his colleagues falling from the 3rd floor of the apartment building to the ground and died.
Through the investigation of the scene, the police discovered on the victim's phone a text message apologizing to the family for being in debt, but it had not been sent.
