In livestock farming, focus on developing towards concentrated farms and ranches, gradually reducing small-scale livestock farming in households. Pay attention to land allocation, forest allocation, and renovating mixed gardens to grow fruit trees with high economic value, and exploit forest resources appropriately. Effectively exploit water surface areas from ponds, lakes, and dams for aquaculture, strongly develop third-season fish farming; rationally exploit aquatic resources on Lam River.

At the same time, promote the attraction of new investment projects in industrial clusters; encourage the development of small and medium enterprises, creating a basis for solving employment for workers, improving income for people.
