Nam Dan: Organizing free swimming classes for children

(Baonghean.vn) -On the afternoon of July 11, the Standing Committee of Nam Dan District Youth Union coordinated with the Youth Union of Brigade 414 to organize the opening ceremony of a free swimming class for children in the summer of 2013.

The first course in the district attracted 80 young people to participate, starting from July 11, 2013 to July 31, 2013. The swimming class aims to raise awareness and knowledge of injury prevention, especially drowning accidents for young people in the district, helping them improve their health, perfect life skills to protect themselves and prevent drowning accidents.

The free swimming program for children in the district is one of many good models and effective methods in the series of activities responding to the 2013 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign of the Standing Committee of Nam Dan District Youth Union.
