Focus on life skills education

According to the guidance document, the Ministry of Education and Training has set out the general task for the education sector this year as promoting the campaign "Each teacher is a model of morality, self-study and creativity" and the emulation movement "Building friendly schools, active students". Specifically, continuing to promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's moral example, consolidating the results of the campaign against negativity and overcoming the disease of achievements in education; implementing well the regulations on teachers' ethics, attaching importance to training qualities, lifestyles, and professional conscience; creating opportunities, motivating and encouraging teachers and education managers to study and be creative; preventing and resolutely fighting against violations of the law and teachers' ethics.

First graders will have an "Acquaintance Week" at the beginning of the school year to help them adapt to the new learning environment and feel happy when going to school.

In addition, the Ministry also has instructions on implementing educational plans with activities such as after-school activities, organizing 2 sessions/day, organizing boarding schools, etc.
