11th grade male student dies after traditional martial arts competition
After attending the "8th Gia Lai Provincial Sports Festival", a male student of class 11A4 was hospitalized and died.
On the morning of April 22, Mr. Pham Van Can, Chief of Office of the Department of Education and Training of Gia Lai province confirmed that Tran Huong (born in 1999), a male student in class 11A4, Nguyen Thai Hoc High School, Chu Puh district, died after attending the "8th Gia Lai Provincial Sports Festival".

Specifically about this incident, Mr. Le Thanh Nhan, the homeroom teacher of Tran Huong, added that on the afternoon of April 17, Tran Huong participated in the final match of traditional martial arts at the 8th Gia Lai Provincial Sports Festival in 2018 in Pleiku City.
About an hour after the match ended, Huong vomited, so the teachers in the group took her to the Gia Lai General Hospital for emergency treatment.
Here, the test results showed that Huong had a blood clot in her brain, so she was scheduled for surgery. However, after the surgery, Huong fell into a deep coma. Yesterday afternoon, April 21, Huong died at the hospital.
