(Baonghean.vn) - At Truong market area, the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Da Son commune discovered Mr. D. riding a motorbike without a helmet and without a mask.
On the morning of April 3, the People's Committee of Da Son commune, Do Luong district issued a decision to administratively sanction Nguyen Ham D. (born in 1998, residing in hamlet 8, Quang Son commune, Do Luong).

Specifically, at 9:30 a.m. the same day, at Truong market area, Da Son commune, the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Da Son commune inspected the implementation of wearing masks in public places. The authorities discovered Mr. D. riding a motorbike without a helmet and without a mask.
When the Covid-19 prevention and control force asked him to stop, Mr. D. showed an uncooperative attitude. Pursuant to Point a, Clause 1, Article 11, Decree 176/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the health sector, the People's Committee of Da Son commune fined Mr. D. 300,000 VND.
Mr. Nguyen Ham D. has signed the decision to impose administrative sanctions.
