Witnesses said that at the time, the Novou car with license plate 37 B2-163.79, driven by a young man, was traveling on the road when it crashed into the back of a truck going in the same direction.
At the scene, the Novou car was completely crushed in the front, the driver had a broken head, his face was deformed, and his stomach was still gasping for breath.
After the collision, passersby quickly called 115 Nghe An to take the victim to the emergency room, but due to severe injuries, he did not survive. It is known that the victim's name is Nguyen Quang Linh, residing in Block 4, Quan Bau Ward, Vinh City.
