(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of July 19, the Department of Justice organized a training conference on the Law on Judicial Expertise for the team working in judicial expertise, officials of the Court, the Procuracy, the provincial and district police, the provincial Forensic Expertise Center, and the Steering Committee of Project 258 on innovation and improvement of judicial expertise activities in the province.

The Law on Judicial Expertise was promulgated by the National Assembly on June 20, 2012 and took effect from January 1, 2013. The Law has 8 chapters and 46 articles, regulating: judicial experts; judicial expert organizations; judicial experts on cases; policies in judicial expert activities and responsibilities of state agencies for judicial expert organizations and activities...

Organizing training on the Law on Judicial Expertise will help cadres and departments working related to judicial expertise to grasp the provisions of the law, thereby effectively serving the investigation, prosecution and trial activities, contributing significantly to resolving cases accurately, objectively and in accordance with the law.
