(Baonghean.vn) –On the morning of June 21, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a meeting with the Standing Committees of the People's Councils of districts, cities and towns. Comrades Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Tran Van Mao - Standing Member of the Provincial People's Council chaired the meeting.

In the first 6 months of the year, People's Councils at all levels have effectively implemented the collection of people's opinions on the draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution. At the conference, delegates focused on reflecting and proposing on the status of "suspended" projects, the issue of planning and construction of hydropower plants affecting the lives and production of people. The environmental pollution situation in factories, industrial parks, and industrial clusters requires close supervision by functional agencies and environmental police. The management of forest land, project land, granting of land use right certificates, and mineral management still has many shortcomings. The information on some issues by some press agencies is inaccurate. The force of the District Health Department is thin, the organizational apparatus is not effective, so the province needs to study and arrange for the Health Department to ensure effectiveness.
