In his opening speech and direction of the conference, comrade Vu Thanh Mai emphasized: Organizing this training conference aims to foster and improve knowledge, expertise, and skills in science, education, culture and arts for the staff working in propaganda in 63 provinces and cities nationwide, contributing to concretizing and bringing the Party's policies and resolutions and the State's laws and policies to cadres, party members and the people.

Propaganda and cultural and artistic work is closely linked to the socio-economic development of the country and localities, and is a very important "bridge" between the Party and the People, especially in realizing the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, towards the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term and the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.
