Over the past 10 years, the Party CommitteeProvincial Border Guardhas led and directed departments, offices, and units to thoroughly grasp Resolution 765 and Directive of the Central Military Commission and the Border Guard Party Committee; closely following the training motto of "Basic, practical, solid"; actively and proactively innovating training work and ensuring annual training, training quality is increasingly improved, contributing to improving the overall quality and combat strength of the Provincial Border Guard force to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation. The Provincial Border Guard Party Committee has also issued a resolution to lead and direct logistics work.

At the same time, constantly innovate and improve the quality of logistics work to fully and promptly meet the tasks of combat readiness, training, and unit building, associated with the good implementation of the emulation movement "The Army Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" to create a driving force to promote and improve the quality and efficiency of logistics work, contributing to firmly protecting border security and sovereignty.

At the Conference, there were many opinions and discussions to analyze and clarify the results and limitations in the implementation of training and logistics work of the Provincial Border Guard. Through this Conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee will have a basis to draw experience and continue to direct and lead the training and logistics work of the Provincial Border Guard in the following years in a unified and effective manner, meeting all requirements and tasks in the new period.

On this occasion, the Nghe An Provincial Border Guard Command awarded 6 collectives with outstanding achievements in implementing 2 Resolutions of the Central Military Commission.
