(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of July 27, under the chairmanship of Comrade Cao Thi Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a meeting to review and deploy a number of contents for the second session of the Provincial People's Council.

Attending the conference were comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Le Xuan Dai - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Hong Vinh - Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council; comrades of the Provincial Party Committee: Hoang Viet Duong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Phan Duc Dong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Head of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee; representatives of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

Comrade Cao Thi Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the conference.

Strengthen and improve the quality of vocational training, create job opportunities and increase income for workers.

The second session of the 17th Provincial People's Council, term 2016 - 2021, is scheduled to be held on August 3 and 4. Up to this point, based on the drafting by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and specialized agencies of the Provincial People's Committee, the reports, submissions and draft resolutions have been examined and commented on by the Standing Committee and Committees of the Provincial People's Council.

After examination, the Standing Committee and the Committees of the Provincial People's Council proposed that the Provincial People's Committee remove from the program 2 draft resolutions because they are not in accordance with current regulations of the Central Government and are not under the authority of the Provincial People's Council. The examination opinions and comments of the Standing Committee and the Committees of the Provincial People's Council have been seriously accepted, revised and completed by the Provincial People's Committee and departments and branches.

Comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that in this session, the Provincial People's Committee will direct leaders of departments and branches to attend the session to receive and explain contents related to the socio-economic situation in the first 6 months of 2016 as well as reports and draft resolutions.

Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council gave his opinion on the Operating Regulations of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII, 2016 - 2021.

Accordingly, in this session, the Provincial People's Council will consider 18 reports and 15 submissions and draft resolutions. The activities of voters' meetings with the Provincial People's Council delegates before the session were carefully organized with 100% of delegates participating. Through the meetings with voters, the delegations will synthesize voters' opinions and recommendations and send them to the Provincial People's Council Office to synthesize and report at this session.

Also at the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council continued to seek comments on two draft resolutions regulating a number of spending regimes to ensure the operations of People's Councils at all levels in the province; a resolution on the operating regulations of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII, 2016-2021.

Comrade Hoang Viet Duong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee clarified some new contents on the Operating Regulations of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII, 2016 - 2021.

Experts from the Provincial People's Council Office collect public opinions on the quality of examination and treatment at public health facilities.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Cao Thi Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council highly appreciated the initiative of the Provincial People's Committee and departments and branches in developing as well as receiving, supplementing and completing reports, submissions and draft resolutions submitted to the session. At the same time, she requested the Standing Committee and Committees, Office of the Provincial People's Council to urge the Provincial People's Committee, departments and branches to transfer some missing reports, submissions and draft resolutions to send in advance to the Provincial People's Council delegates for study.

On the part of the provincial People's Council delegates, it is necessary to promote a sense of responsibility, actively participate and contribute to bringing the resolutions of the provincial People's Council at the session into life soon, contributing to promoting the overall development of the province.
