Improving the overall quality and combat strength of Nghe An Military Forces

(Baonghean)-The Nghe An Provincial Military Party Committee has just held a conference to evaluate the results of military and defense tasks in 2011 and deploy tasks in 2012. Attending and directing the conference was Major General Vo Van Viet - Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 4. Comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Party Central Committee - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee chaired the conference.

In 2011, the Nghe An Provincial Military Party Committee effectively led and directed the improvement of political capacity and sense of responsibility for officers and soldiers, creating a change in the overall quality of the armed forces, improving the quality of training, practice, maintaining discipline, building discipline and combat readiness; building strong and comprehensive agencies and units, building clean and strong Party organizations and command organizations, building a solid national defense and people's war posture in the locality.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Region and comrade Phan Dinh Trac emphasized a number of key contents that need to be implemented in 2012, including focusing on improving the overall quality and combat strength of the provincial armed forces. Carrying out political education well, grasping the ideological developments of cadres and party members; building a clean and strong party organization, a team of exemplary vanguard cadres and party members; improving the quality of training, practice, combat readiness, proactively resolving situations related to national defense - security and natural disasters and catastrophes in the province.
