The Department of Health also requires medical facilities to: Enhance the role of Party committees and Party cells of units in leading hospital quality management, promote the role of leaders; consider hospital quality management and improving hospital quality as key issues, as vital issues in the existence and development of medical examination and treatment facilities; strengthen ideological education for officials, civil servants and employees in the process of implementing hospital quality management.
Medical facilities need to strengthen, update and regularly improve the Hospital Quality Management System; develop annual hospital quality improvement plans with a specific implementation roadmap; more strongly deploy the application of information technology in medical examination and treatment activities, reform administrative procedures.../.
