Improve the effectiveness of Party building and organization work

Attending and directing were comrade Le Duc Cuong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; leaders, cadres, civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; leaders, experts of the Party Committee's Organization Committee, leaders of the Department of Internal Affairs of districts, cities, towns and a number of comrades who are secretaries and deputy secretaries of the Party Committees at the commune, ward and town levels.

According to the program, the trainees were introduced to the topics prepared and presented by the leaders of the specialized departments of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, including: (1) Thoroughly grasping some new points in Regulation 3702-QD/TU on title standards; criteria for evaluating cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee; Regulation 3703-QD/TU on decentralization of cadre management and appointment, introduction of candidate cadres; (2) Work of reviewing, evaluating, classifying and rewarding party organizations and party members; (3) Issues to note in internal political protection work; (4) Instructions on transferring salary grades for cadres, civil servants and employees.

The conference also heard comrade Nguyen Duc Ha - former Head of the Department of Party Base - Party Members, Central Organization Committee present and discuss personnel work in the current situation.

At the end of the topics, comrade Le Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board will chair the discussion so that students have the opportunity to discuss problems and difficulties in the process of performing their duties.
