(Baonghean.vn)- On July 16 and 17, the Provincial Red Cross organized the 3rd Competition of Propaganda, Drill, Disaster Prevention, Response, and First Aid Teams.
The contest had the participation of 8 teams including 72 members from the Red Cross of 21 districts, cities and the Vinh City Blood Bank Club.

The competition is held every two years to create a vibrant emulation movement within the organization. This is not only an opportunity for Red Cross officials to practice and improve their association skills, first aid skills, and disaster prevention skills, but also an opportunity for them to exchange, learn, and share experiences with other units; contributing to promoting the development of the Red Cross movement.
