(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, June 17, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee held an online conference with district, city, town Party Committees and affiliated Party Committees on Party building and organization work in the first 6 months of the year and key tasks for the last 6 months of 2014.

Attending the conference were representatives of the Central Organizing Committee; representatives of the Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee. Comrade Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee Organizing Committee chaired the conference.

The district Party Committee proposed a number of recommendations.

According to the report at the conference, in the first 6 months of the year, the Party building work of Party committees at all levels has closely followed the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, the direction of the Central Committee, Provincial Party Committees and Party committees at all levels to proactively advise on the successful completion of the assigned tasks. In particular, Party committees at all levels continue to lead and direct the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee "Some urgent issues on Party building at present", especially the implementation of urgent tasks, overcoming the limitations and shortcomings identified by Party committees at all levels. The work of evaluating, reviewing self-criticism and criticism in each individual and Party organization, associated with classification and rewards, is carried out by Party committees at all levels in accordance with the correct procedures, more systematically and substantially.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and grassroots Party committees have also actively advised on many solutions to implement Plan No. 106-KH/TU, dated November 11, 2013 of the Provincial Party Committee to implement Conclusion No. 64-KL/TW, dated May 28, 2013 of the Party Central Committee (11th tenure) "Some issues to continue to innovate and perfect the political system from the Central to the grassroots level". The Organizing Committees of Party committees at all levels have coordinated to advise on the implementation of the plan to summarize 30 years of innovation "on building the ruling Party, innovating the content and methods of Party leadership"; paying attention to building, consolidating and improving the quality of grassroots Party organizations, especially the quality of activities of Party cells; maintaining Party discipline. Regular tasks and duties related to organizational structure, cadres and party members, cadre policy work, and internal political protection work continue to be effectively implemented by Party committees and Organizing Committees at all levels....

Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department Dau Van Thanh discussed a number of issues proposed by district-level Party committees under the province's authority.

At the conference, the Central Organizing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee specifically answered a number of problems and difficulties that are arising at the grassroots level, which were proposed and recommended by the district-level Party Committees and affiliated Party Committees at the conference, related to many issues of current Party building and organization work. Concluding the conference, comrade Nguyen Huu Lam emphasized: In the current political situation, the requirements for Party building work are extremely heavy. Therefore, it is recommended that Party committees at all levels pay attention to leading and directing the improvement of the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations, especially improving the quality of Party cell activities. Continue to study and arrange the organization and staffing according to the regulations of the Central Committee, focusing on positions and jobs for implementation. Pay attention to promoting the development of new Party members; do a good job of protecting internal politics; promote administrative reform within the Party, first of all in the system of the Organizing Committee from the province to the grassroots level. Proactively prepare for Party congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term according to Directive 36 of the Central Executive Committee, especially preparing for personnel work.
