Enhancing the communication capacity of trade union officials in Nghe An.
On the afternoon of December 28th, the Labor Relations Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, in coordination with the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, organized a training program to enhance information and communication capacity for grassroots trade union officials and a seminar on drug prevention and control among workers.

Attending the conference were Comrade Ngo Duy Hieu – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Comrade Nguyen Manh Kien – Deputy Head of the Labor Relations Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Comrade Kha Van Tam – Member of the Provincial Party Committee, President of the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor. Also present were representatives from the Drug Crime Investigation Department (Ministry of Public Security), the Nghe An Provincial Police, and 200 trade union officials from Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces.
To begin the program, Comrade Ngo Duy Hieu delivered the opening remarks and presented a thematic lecture on the new context and the challenges facing the organization.Trade UnionVietnam.

This is an important part of the training plan for information and communication officers of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. The training aims to enhance communication capacity, helping grassroots trade union officials quickly grasp policies and effectively convey political tasks to union members and workers.
The conference emphasized that innovation in thinking and communication methods is a key factor for trade unions to better adapt to changing circumstances. It is expected to bring about a significant shift in both awareness of social security and the professional communication skills of trade union officials in the North Central region.
Following this, a seminar was held to improve the effectiveness of drug prevention and control propaganda among workers. Delegates heard presentations and shared information on the current crime situation and prevention methods from officials of the Ministry of Public Security and the Provincial Police.
The seminar aimed to raise awareness and responsibility among trade unions and workers regarding the dangers of drugs. Through the seminar, trade union officials were equipped with the knowledge to identify and proactively prevent the infiltration of social vices into the workplace environment in industrial parks and export processing zones.

At the same time, delegates from grassroots trade unions and the Provincial Federation of Labor also shared solutions, initiatives, and recommendations related to propaganda work on prevention and control.drugamong workers.
