(Baonghean.vn) - On August 5, Nghe An Police organized the opening ceremony of the first training course for commune police chiefs, deputy chiefs, and permanent police officers in 2014.

Overview of the professional training class for the Commune Police

With 95 trainees, the training course will include the following topics: Overview of the history of formation and development of the People's Public Security force and the functions and tasks of the People's Public Security; some basic issues on the organization and operation of grassroots government; organization and operation of the Commune Police; some basic issues on law, legislation and propaganda, dissemination and legal education at the grassroots level; promoting the right to mastery and implementing democratic regulations in communes and towns; basic investigation work and grasping the security and order situation in communes and towns; Rural security issues and Commune Police with the work of ensuring security and order in communes and towns; building a movement for the entire people to protect national security; administrative management and social order and safety at the grassroots level; work of classifying and resolving violations of the law occurring in communes and towns... In addition, the commune police force is also instructed on a number of measures and methods to resolve cases at the grassroots level; the fight against drugs; the management of subjects and education of those who violate the law in communes and towns; and skills in the use of weapons and support tools.

The training course aims to foster the communal police force's grasp of the law and professional skills, successfully complete assigned tasks, contribute to ensuring political security, and maintain social order and safety in the area.
