Improving the quality of mass mobilization work in the Bloc of provincial agencies and units

Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc co-chaired the Signing Ceremony.
At the signing ceremony, delegates highly agreed with the report on the coordination results between the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies for the period 2015 - 2018 and the Draft coordination program for the period 2018 - 2020.
Accordingly, the issuance of policies such as Resolution 01 on "Improving the capacity of grassroots party organizations in performing professional tasks", Directive 02 on "Leading the building of cultural agencies and units in the Provincial Agencies" has contributed to linking the content of mass mobilization work with the implementation of political tasks, administrative reform, and implementation of democratic regulations in agencies and units.

The coordination program has built and promoted the movements "Skilled mass mobilization", "Bright spots" in implementing democratic regulations, government mass mobilization associated with building typical examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style;

Based on the results achieved in the period 2015 - 2018 and the requirements of the two units' work tasks in the new conditions, the conference discussed, built and signed the Coordination Program for the period 2018 - 2020 with many contents, in which the focus is on strengthening the dissemination and propaganda work to raise awareness and responsibility in organizing the implementation of mass mobilization tasks, promoting the mass media system and press agencies in the Party Committee of the Bloc.

The two sides coordinated to effectively implement mass mobilization work in provincial-level agencies and administrative units.
