Improve the quality of the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life"
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 1, in Vinh City, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front held a conference to discuss innovation and improve the quality of the campaign "All people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas", the campaign "Day for the poor" and relief work.
Attending the conference were representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches and organizations of Nghe An province, Chairmen of the Fatherland Front Committees of some districts, cities, towns, communes, wards and townships, and heads of 10 typical residential areas in the province. Ms. Truong Thi Ngoc Anh - Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front chaired the conference.

At the conference, delegates frankly acknowledged and contributed ideas and experiences to improve the quality of movements and relief work. The majority of delegates agreed to keep the name of the movement "All people unite to build cultural life in residential areas" and "Day for the poor", because these are all major movements and campaigns that have been supported by the people over the past years, affirming their correctness, practicality, and closely following the breath of people's lives.

In addition, delegates also proposed measures to improve the quality of the campaign "All people unite to build a cultural life" and the campaign "Day for the poor" such as: strengthening the coordination of the Fatherland Front and the cultural sector in voting, improving the quality of the titles "Cultural family", "Cultural residential area"; the Fatherland Front at all levels needs to play a leading role in activities to support sustainable poverty reduction in the locality; increasing allowances for leaders of the Fatherland Front at the commune, ward, town, block, hamlet, village and hamlet levels.
