In the field of Party building, along with political and ideological education, fully grasping the Party's Resolutions and the State's legal policies, the district has focused on directing the overcoming of shortcomings in personnel work after the review in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th term), linking the review and assessment of the implementation results of the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels in the mid-term with the organization of reviewing and evaluating the operation of the apparatus of departments, offices and Party Committees of communes and towns; strengthening inspection, supervision, rectification and timely correction of violations.
