Improve the quality of activities of union members and members of mass organizations

In the fourth quarter of 2013, based on the assigned tasks, the Fatherland Front and provincial-level mass organizations have well implemented the proposed programs and activities, especially studying and thoroughly grasping Resolution 26 of the Politburo on Nghe An and implementing Notice 907 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, focusing on promoting a number of tasks such as: Project to establish the Veterans Association of the provincial CCQ bloc and the project to convert the Nghe An civil servant union into the provincial CCQ bloc union; pilot establishment of a fishing union in the commune in Quynh Luu district; Directing the consolidation of the loudspeaker system in the bloc, hamlet, and village; program to promote and announce excellent artistic works of the Stage Department...
Concluding the meeting, Comrade Tran Hong Chau acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations in the fourth quarter. He noted that in the new year, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations must strengthen their connection with the grassroots, grasp the situation, developments, and thoughts of the people; promote propaganda, dissemination and education of law in specific areas; improve the quality of activities of union members and members of mass organizations; and manage the process of assessing poor households.
In the first quarter of 2014, well implement activities to celebrate the Party, celebrate spring, organize visits and give gifts to poor households and families with preferential policies during the Lunar New Year of Giap Ngo. Regarding recommendations and proposals from the Fatherland Front and organizations, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee will consider assigning the Provincial People's Committee and related sectors to review and advise on solutions.
