(Baonghean.vn) – This morning, February 17, the Provincial Party Committee Office held a conference to summarize the work of the Party Committee Office in 2011 and deploy tasks for 2012. Attending and giving a speech at the conference was comrade Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

In 2011, the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Party Committee Offices of districts and cities advised on the development and implementation of the annual work program and the monthly work schedule of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee. The general staff work set out the program accurately from the beginning of the year. The Office coordinated well with the functional departments and branches, compiled and advised on the issuance of nearly 3,000 documents in 2011; advised on the summary of many directives and resolutions serving the socio-economic development strategy of the province and the country.

In 2012, the Party Committee Office continues to advise and coordinate the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, and the Resolution of the District Party Congress. Assist the Party Committee in developing, supplementing, amending, and organizing well the working regulations and work programs of the Party Committees at all levels. Improve the quality of advice, and serve well the leadership and management work of the Party Committees.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Tran Hong Chau acknowledged and praised the results of the Party Committee Offices at all levels. He noted: In 2012, the Party Committee Offices at all levels overcame difficulties, closely followed their functions and tasks; monitored the progress of implementing resolutions at all levels to advise the Party Committee leaders; promptly grasped the situation in the province in a complete manner; detected emerging issues to help the Party Committee leaders promptly handle issues arising at the grassroots level.

Advise on effective implementation of administrative reform; innovate and improve the quality of meetings; innovate document processing procedures, review information technology infrastructure to better serve the direction and administration of Party committees at all levels.
