(Baonghean.vn) - To prepare for the 14th session of the 16th Provincial People's Council, term 2011 - 2016, scheduled to take place in mid-July, on the morning of May 26, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a conference to assign tasks to prepare content and agree on a plan to meet voters before the session; and to evaluate the performance of the Standing Committee and Committees of the Provincial People's Council in May 2015.

Pay attention to researching and proposing questions; orienting discussions on the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the first 6 months of the year, and solutions for the last 6 months of the year. The work of meeting voters needs to follow the plan and time; pay attention to fully synthesizing voters' opinions and recommendations after the meeting.

Comrade Hoang Viet Duong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested that it is necessary to increase the responsibility of specialized sectors in participating in contacting voters and directly answering voters' petitions.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son also requested the Provincial People's Committee and Fatherland Front Committee to coordinate to implement the contents of preparation for the session, first of all, to organize the program of meeting with voters; prepare the socio-economic report for the first 6 months of 2015 and the report on resolving voters' petitions at the 13th session to provide to the Provincial People's Council delegates to report at the voter meeting.
