Parents brought their children to school early, but the provincial delegation led by Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Duc Phoc arrived even earlier. The sun had just risen over the mountain when the delegation arrived at Nam Can Primary School. Welcoming the students back to school, the Provincial Party Committee Secretary encouraged them to try to be good and study well; hoping that the district leaders and businesses would, out of their responsibility and conscience, join hands with the students.

In these first grade students, she feels the excitement, feels the passion on the first day of school. These gifts made the opening ceremony of the new school year even warmer. Cut Thi Sy Nga, a 7th grader from Nam Can commune, was very emotional: “My house is more than 5 km from school, because I am not a boarding student, I often have to walk to school. Now that I have a bicycle, my “distance” to school will be shorter, I will spend that time studying. And I still need to try harder to be worthy of the precious gift I received today - a gift I never dared to dream of.”
A new school year with new plans has truly begun.
