"The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) cannot afford to delay increasing defense spending" – this was the call from NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte at the recent Baltic Sea Summit in Helsinki, Finland, in response to escalating geopolitical tensions and increasingly complex hybrid threats in the Baltic Sea.
