Neil Amstrong, that hero, passed away on August 25, 2012 due to complications during heart surgery, at the age of 82.
"As we mourn the loss of a remarkable man, we also celebrate his remarkable and remarkable life. We hope that he will be a role model for young people around the world to work harder to make their dreams come true, to be willing to explore, to push their limits and pursue goals greater than themselves," Neil Armstrong's family said.
