"NATO member states are supporting the Ukrainian army excessively, first of all through guidance and training. These armed units can then participate in raids and clashes. This is a really dangerous situation," Grushko said in an interview with Rossiya-24 TV channel on July 11.

Mr. Grushko also noted that the current NATO-Ukraine cooperation program has been supplemented with the content of mine clearance assistance after the NATO summit ended on July 9 in Warsaw, Poland.

“What is important here is not the scale of military-technical cooperation, but that NATO is influencing the fighting in Kiev,” Mr. Grushko added.

Mr. Grushko also affirmed that the results of the NATO summit will have very little meaning for the Minsk Agreements.

"There are documents that clearly regulate the Russia-Ukraine relationship, including the Normandy 4 Agreement, documents issued by the Trilateral Liaison Council, and the Permanent Council of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). In addition, any other documents are invalid," Mr. Grushko emphasized.
