Russia criticizes the West for covering up the issue of mercenaries
(Baonghean.vn) - Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova on June 26 accused the West of not having the goodwill to answer Russia's questions about their mercenaries in Ukraine.
Responding to the question on the Voskresny Vecher (Sunday Night) program on Rossiya-1 TV channel about whether the US and UK have communicated with Russia regarding the issue of their citizens fighting in Ukraine, Ms. Zakharova said: “As (Russian Ambassador to London Andrei) Kelin said, they (Western countries) are writing provocative and rude things. They do not want to answer the questions we ask about their activities.”
